Visitors come to visit and worship at the Ba Trieu Temple Relic Site – Source: Tran Hang

The Ba Trieu Temple Landscape Protection Forest is one of the ecological tourism landscape protection forests of the special-use forest system in Vietnam. This forest was established under Decision No. 194/CT dated August 9, 1986 of the Prime Minister.

Ba Trieu Temple is located in Bo Dien village, now Phu Dien commune, Hau Loc district, close to National Highway 1A, 17 km north of Thanh Hoa city. The temple leans against Gai mountain. Looking to the side is the Mausoleum, built on Tung mountain, including the Tomb and Tower. The scenery here is very beautiful and majestic, worthy of the heroine. Ba Trieu Temple Festival is held annually in the spring and is a major festival in Thanh Hoa.
