Ben En National Park, located in the districts of Nhu Thanh and Nhu Xuan, Thanh Hoa province, is one of the famous scenic spots with many beautiful natural landscapes and rich and diverse flora and fauna ecosystems, representing the low-lying ecosystem in the North Central region of Vietnam. Ben En is a destination for domestic and foreign scientific researchers, international and domestic tourists to visit and travel, with great values in many fields. On January 27, 1992, Ben En National Park was established under Decision No. 33/CT of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now the Prime Minister), with the functions and tasks of conserving nature, ecosystems, restoring flora and fauna, scientific research, tourism development, improving and stabilizing the lives of people in the buffer zone. At the same time, it propagates and mobilizes people to participate in forest management, protection and development.
