There are many species living here such as frogs, frogs, snakes, interspersed with saltwater species such as shrimp, crabs, horseshoe crabs…

Located at the end of this mangrove forest is Bat Cave, which is home to thousands of bats. Currently, Bat Cave is also a habitat for many animals such as otters, civets, and foxes. In particular, many species of monkeys appear, including the yellow-haired white-breasted monkey that lives naturally here.

This is also a natural landscape conservation area, preserving historical culture with archaeological sites such as Soi Nhu cave where the existence of ancient Vietnamese people was discovered about 14 thousand years ago with traces of a trading port. Van Don was bustling before.

Located in the Bai Tu Long National Park complex, there is Minh Chau commune, which owns a natural white sand beach about 2 km long and is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the Gulf of Tonkin. Above the beach is a primeval forest stretching over an area of ​​14 hectares, very suitable for ecotourism development.
