Bidoup Nui Ba National Park is located in Lac Duong district and part of Dam Rong district, Lam Dong, with an area of ​​63,938 hectares. Bidoup is the name of the highest mountain in the national park, it is considered the “roof” of the Central Highlands due to its altitude of 2287m.

Following Provincial Road 723, about 50km from Da Lat city, Bidoup Nui Ba National Park appears as a vast green space amidst the endless mountains and hills. Here, there is a rich and diverse collection of natural resources and landscapes along with many beautiful waterfalls, favorable for tourism development. In the national park there is now a Center for Ecotourism and Environmental Education.

Bidoup Nui Ba National Park is on the list of 28 special-use national parks in Vietnam. The Bidoup national forest area occupies nearly the entire Lanbiang plateau (or Lam Vien plateau). Scientists consider it one of 4 biodiversity centers in Vietnam and one of 221 endemic bird centers in the world. The national park is mainly primeval forest with a variety of flora and fauna species.
