Phong Quang Nature Reserve in Vi Xuyen and Quan Ba ​​districts, Ha Giang province. Phong Quang is a nature reserve established in 1998 with an area of ​​18,840 hectares. In 2008, after reviewing the planning of 3 types of forests in Ha Giang province, this area was cut down to a total natural land area of ​​8,355.6 hectares, of which forestry land: There are 7,911.2 hectares in the communes of Minh Tan, Phong Quang, Thanh Thuy, Thuan Hoa, Vi Xuyen district and part of Quang Trung ward, Ha Giang city.

Regarding the biodiversity of the area: There are 55 species of mammals, 125 species of birds, 21 species of reptiles, 12 species of amphibians, 337 species of higher plants, 32 species of rare animals, and 11 species of rare plants.
